Why we ask.

Choosing a physical therapy clinic is mostly guesswork from the outside. Every website says the same things. What you cannot fake is a stranger describing, in their own words, what changed for them and how they were treated while it happened.

So we ask. Not for a favor, and not for a rating. We ask because the person deciding whether to call us is usually someone who has already been let down by a printout and a heat pack, and they deserve to hear from people who were in their position first. Alpha holds a 4.9 rating on Google across more than 233 reviews. Read the words below, then read the rest of them yourself and decide.

If we helped you, tell the next person

If you have been through care here, a few sentences from you will do more for somebody in Slidell than anything we could write. You can leave a review on our Google profile in about a minute.

It helps most when it is specific. What you could not do before. What you can do now. What the visits were actually like. If something fell short, we would rather hear it directly, so call (985) 326-7260 or email scheduling@alphaptgroup.com and it will reach Dr. Ryan Spano.

If you are still deciding

Reviews are worth something, but they are not a plan. Have a look at what we treat, see how care is structured here, or request an appointment and get the same evaluation the people below started with.

Patient Stories

Real people. Real comebacks.

  • I have seen Ryan for over 10 years due to a left shoulder injury. He literally helped me delay total replacment surgery in that timeframe. Ryan listens, and tailors therapy according to the individual. It is a journey taken together and he was with me from beginning to end.

Don’t take our word for it.

Every review below is pulled live from Google. We can’t edit them. That’s the point.

Our Google reviews load from Google directly, so a privacy blocker or a slow connection can stop them appearing here. All of them are on our Google Business Profile, rated 4.9 across more than 233 reviews.
