What it is actually like here

Alpha is one clinic in Slidell, run by Dr. Spano and our team. There is no regional director, no productivity dashboard, and no expectation that you stack three patients on top of each other to hit a number. You get an hour that is genuinely yours, and you are trusted to use it.

Most of our caseload is orthopedic, with a steady stream of work injuries, vestibular cases and post-surgical rehab. Hands-on treatment is the backbone of how we practise, so if manual therapy is something you want to get good at, you will get repetitions here that a high-volume clinic cannot give you.
