You tell the whole story. We listen first.
Pain that has lasted this long has a reason. We start with an evaluation that looks for the cause, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, and a plan that has an end.
What It Is
Physical therapy is the work of finding out why you hurt, then changing it. It starts with an evaluation that looks for the cause: how you move, where the motion is missing, and what part of you has been quietly covering for the part that gave out.
From there you get a plan with an endpoint. Four phases, in this order: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Calm it down, restore what is missing, load it until it holds, then keep it. Every phase has a job and a way to know you have finished it.
What it is not: a machine, a heat pack, and a printed sheet of exercises. Your visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, start to finish. And you do not need a physician referral to begin. In Louisiana you can come straight to us.

What It Helps
If any of these is the reason you looked us up, this is worth reading.
What A Session Looks Like
1
You tell the whole story. We listen first.
2
We test how you move, at your pace.
3
Hands-on work, then the plan, out loud.
Why It Works
Getting out of bed without bracing first.
Carrying the groceries in one trip.
Yard work that does not cost you the next day.
Knowing why it hurt, and knowing the plan ends.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
No. Louisiana has direct access, so you can start here without a physician referral. If your specific plan requires one, we find that out during your benefits check and tell you before your first visit, not after it.
We check before you commit. The benefits check happens up front, and a Good Faith Estimate is available if you are paying yourself. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, TRICARE, TriWest and Peoples Health, plus workers’ compensation and auto accident claims.
You get that answer at your evaluation, not as a guess over the phone. Your plan runs in four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform and Prevent, and each one has a job and a way to know you have earned the next. That is what a plan with an endpoint means.
One hour. You tell the whole story, we test how you move, and we look for the cause instead of chasing the sore spot. You walk out knowing what is wrong, how long it takes, and what happens next. Questions before you book? Call us at (985) 326-7260.
